On The Day Of My Surgery?

home the same day. If you have multiple procedures,
you may stay at the hospital for overnight observation.
Medications are administered to keep you comfortable
during the procedure. Local anesthesia with intravenous
sedation may be used during your procedure. However,
for some patients, general anesthesia may be the best
choice. Your physical status is monitored throughout
the operation and during your time in the recovery room.
