Procedure Feel Like?
experience a brief intense heating sensation as the collagen in
the deep layers of your skin is tightened. To protect your skin
and make the treatment more comfortable, a cooling spray is
delivered before, during, and after each application of the
treatment tip. To enhance your comfort during the procedure,
topical anesthetic cream is applied to the areas to be treated
about one hour prior to the procedure. Oral medication for
relaxation and pain control are also provided prior to the
procedure.
Patients are treated in the office and general anesthesia in an
operating room setting is not required.
